Aseptic package is under the condition of aseptic, package and seal the pre-sterilized and freezed material into aseptic aluminum composite bags to get long term preservation under not frozen condition, this sterilizer mainly used in heating sterilize and cooling low fluidity products, such as jam, fruit juice, condensed juice, ketchup. it is full automatic controlled equipment with touch screen and automatic cleaning system. The sterilizer takes steam hot water, cool water and ammonia liquid as heat medium. The heater in three layers sleeve structure. Heat transfer medium flow in the outer layer and inside layer, material flow reversely in the middle layer, the middle layer can dismantle that make maintain much easier , it can add static mixer in every part to strengthen effect of the heat transfer .
