Staining & oil-extended grade.SBR-***2 is used for need of low cost together with resistance to ear and tear, resistance to cracking and excellent processing conditions. It process easily in extrusion and calendaring, due to its oil content, it is used in tire, retreat, conveyor belts, piping, hoses, tubings, carpets, moulded products in general and shoe soles.
4. Description:
Styrene-butadiene rubbers are produced by a technology of cold emulsion copolymerization and are coagulated by a system of acid and synthetic coagulant. Some grades are solid and some are modified by extender oils. Styrene-butadiene rubbers are stabilized by staining or non-staining antioxidants.Styrene-butadiene rubbers are appropriate for rubber compounds used in the production of car tires and inner tubes, conveyor belts, footwear,cables, hosepipes and various technical rubber articles.Non-staining grades of rubber are appropriate for compounds used in the production of floor coverings, bicycle tires, footwear, children toys, cables, hosepipes and various rubber articles having light color shades.

6. End Use:

7.Storage and packing:
*5 or *5 KGS bags with inner PE foil and stored in a cool and dry place at temperatures below *0 C. Exposure to light must be avoided and also other hear sources. The suggest storage period is within *4 months
