Brief Description
Composed by bridge / main girder (2 sets), end carriage (2 sets), electric trolley, operator cabin / manual control / remote, electric control device, steel rail, rail accessories, contact conductor, the grab double girder overhead crane (QZ type) has such characteristics as large span, heavy lifting capacity, high working efficiency, smooth operation, low noise and so on.
That can be widely used in power plant, steel structure workshop, rubbish plant and other place where heavy load need to be lifted / turn over / tip over.
Detailed Description
Main Technical Specification
- Lifting capacity can be 5t, *0t, *6t, *0t (dead weight of grab / clamshell included).
- The span (from rail-center to rail-center) ranged from *0.5m to *1.5m.
- Lifting speed can be single speed (like *0m/min), or variable speed (like 4 ~ *0m/min).
- Lifting height can be *8m, *2m or your requirement.
- Trolley traversing speed is more than *0m/min or inverter control.
- Traveling speed of the crane can be designed according to your requirements
- Control method can be pendant control, cabin control, remote control, or combined ones.
- The working duty is A5 according to Chinese standards.
- Power source for double girder overhead crane is the one of your local power. So, please let me know it when you send your RFQ.
- The working ambient is **5℃-**0℃.
- Different kind of grab / clamshell with different capacity can be equipped according to application.
Material for Crane Construct
- Material for general crane construct is Q**5B, which should be changed into Q**5B when the limit temperature is below **0 centigrade.
- Material for crane wheel is *5Mn or *2 CrMo.
- Grab / clamshell equipped on it can be four rope type or customer’s required.
- The steel rope is flexible one or customer’s required.
Component Used on Crane
- Electric motor is well-known one in China, like Jiamusi or other international one like ABB, SEW and so on as customer’s requirement.
- Such important electric components as breaker, contactor, and fuse are of Schneider, Siemens and so on.
- Other ones can be followed according to our customer’s requirement.
Package
- Main girder and end carriage covered by rain-proof clothes.
- Grab / clamshell is bared for shipment
- Other components like electric motor, electric hoist, cable and so on in wooden box.
- Pipe pieces like handrail, ladders are bundled and coat with yellow oil for transportation.
- Some other package methods which will benefit our product will also be appreciated.
Delivery
- Delivery time for grab double girder overhead crane is *0 working days (max.) after payment advance received.
Shipment
- Dispatch port can be Shanghai Port, Tianjin Port or some other China port suitable for loading of such equipment.
- Open top container will be recommended for the crane with main girder is less than *2m.
- Bulk cargo vessel will be used for crane with length of main girder is more than *2m.
- We can recommend our forward to our customer, and the forward appointed by our customer is also appreciated.
