Jaw Crusher Application:
It is widely used in mining, metallurgical industry, building material, highway, railway, water, conservancy and chemical industries. Various materials with compressive resistance less than **0Mpa can be crushed.
Jaw Crusher Working Principle:
1. The motor drives a V-belt and belt pulley to move the jaw
periodically via the eccentric shaft.
2. The movable jaw moves upwards to the fixed jaw when the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw increases, crushing materials in the process.
3. The moving jaw is designed by jaw crusher manufacturer pushed downwards from the fixed jaw by a pulling rod and spring when the angle between toggle plate and moving jaw decreases, discharging the final crushed materials from the outlet.
4. The moving jaw is moved periodically by the eccentric shaft to continuously crush and discharge materials from the crushing chamber.
