The hot dip galvanising process is a simple process in which one needs to follow a certain sequence of steps. In the beginning, the material is entirely immersed in a tub that contains minimum of *8% pure zinc in the molten form. The temperature of the bath is maintained at around **0 degree Celsius. The fabricated articles are dipped in the bath for a time that is protracted enough to reach the temperature of the bath. The items are slowly extracted from the galvanizing tub, and the excessive zinc is eliminated by the process of draining, vibrating or centrifuging. The steel thereafter slips into a quench of dilute chromate providing one’s product a luster that lasts for long.
