The two-way collar can be used in two different ways:
One mode is for easy and relaxed walks and it works just as a
common collar.
Another mode is turning it into a
Martingale collar, giving you a tighter grip when leading your
dog.
The description:
Two-way collar has 2 loops; when the small loop called the
"control loop" is pulled, it will tighten up the larger loop to
prevent the dog from slipping out of the larger loop.
To be a common collar for relaxed walks, two-way collar is
needed to hook up both metal rings by the snap of the leash. Then
the collar won't slip any longer.

collar has limited constriction on a dog's neck and applies even
pressure, and that is why the no-slip feature has made this kind of
collars a safety standard at many kennels and animal
shelters.
It does not make your dog choke or gag the way other slip
training collars do. It still forces your dog to learn not to pull
when walking. It gives you the features of a training collar, or
slip collar, or choke collar, without having to give your dog any
discomfort experience.
The collar is made of high quality nylon woven in a very fine
way in order to obtain a stronger, soft and silky fabric.
The stitching is also sewn in the finest way possible and with
a pattern specially studied to avoid any rough and stinging
sensation when wearing it.
The metal components are made with a reinforced alloy to
prevent it from breaking and rusting.
