 Product Description

 JIRONG JDFX series Pre-conditioned air (PCA) unit is the special self-contained pre-conditioned air units designed to provide airflow and pressure for cooling, heating or ventilation of commercial aircraft, and create a comfortable aircraft cabin environment for passengers and crews before-aviation or during routine inspection and maintenance.

 

Technical Features & Advantages:

  • Apron mounted or PBB mounted for installed underneath the passenger boarding bridge.

     
  • Defrost cycle by digital control

     
  • State of art scroll compressors comprise several refrigeration circuits, insuring a multi-stage cooling and control

     
  • Cu-Al coil, copper tube with hydrophilic aluminum fins

     
  • **0% digital control with display for easy operation and maintenance (cabin, ambient and discharge temperature sensor, air pressure sensor, pressure switch of each circuit)

     
  • Variable airflow by frequency converter

     
  • Operation panel box mounted at bogie system of PBB or any other convenient location

     
  • Condensation pump

     
  • Integral stainless steel drain pans

     
  • Siemens S7 series PLC, expansion modules and TD**0C operation panel comprise main control system

     
  • Siemens operation display, by which discharge air temperature, air pressure, air speed, operation status, parameters, I/O states and failure alarm can be set or checked.

     
  • RS**5/**2 port for communication with airport BMS system
