MAIN FUNCTION: guide the drivers to find the free lots quickly,
please note the details as follow:
Firstly, the drivers could know more information from outdoor LED
display,just like available lots: level B2:**1 lots, level L1:*5

Secondly, most of crossing of the parking space are installed
indoor LED screen to show the parking information area by area for
the drivers.
Thirdly, there are LED indicator in front of each parking space,
