Description

Filling volume can be easily adjusted directly from the touch screen panel.

This filler requires little changeover tie.

Diving type filling mechanism: filling nozzles automatically dip into bottles and elevate as the product is being filled. Elevation is made in 3 stages and speeds can be adjusted to meet different product characteristics and bottle
The filling mechanism is driven and controlled by servo motor, and accurately reduces the speed when filling head level is approaching the bottle neck's narrowed portion, thus preventing the occurrence of bubbles or foaming.

Strokes of the filling nozzle and filling cylinder can be set internally with parameters to prevent machine damage caused by operator error.
PLC control with Human / Machine Interface. All parameters, including fill volume, can be displayed and set from the Touch Screen.
Stores production data such as product characteristics, filling volume and clamp positions five store production data including bottle diameter, filling volume, filling parameters and clamp positions.
Materials employed for product contact parts are carefully selected for safe contact and durability. All CVC machines are designed for smooth and trouble-free operation.

Liquid piping and filling parts can be quickly Chuck Capper shapes. dismantled to clean up. All parts can be detached and easily re-assembled.
A shield door is provided as protection; machine stops automatically when it opens, this feature can be deactivated for maintenance and adjustment purposes.
A sanitary grade piston type volumetric filling pump is controlled and driven by servo motor to assure filling precision within +/- 0.5%.
Stainless steel construction meets cGMP requirements.
