1. Work from an original sculpture, put wax on a
silicon mold evenly. After the wax cools, it is removed from
the rubber mold leaving a highly detailed positive image of the
sculpture. that is wax pattern. The wax is chased giving us a
detailed wax pattern identical to the artists original.
2. Do a structure frame
inside of the wax pattern and pouring the plaster many
times to form a hard inner shell.
3. By the similar way, doing a hard casting shell outside after
finishing the wax mould
4. Put them into the oven for roasting
5. Pour the molten metal (bronze or stainless steel) into the
shell and allow it to cool.
6. Finally, welding, grinding and polishing, and patina.
