Description
a.Mechanic structure of the Flying
Shearing/Punching Device:
It consists of Servo Motor, Ballscrew, Linear Guide,
synchronous belt, shearing/punching die and also the machine base.
When the Servo motor run, the synchronous belt on the Servo motor
would drive the Ballscrew, due to that the shearing/punching die
are linked to the ballscrew through the Ballscrew nut, the
shearing/punching die can be moved forwards and backwards.
b.The whole flying shearing/punching process
includes 3 motions.
1. Tracing: when the shearing/punching target occur, the AMS
controller will output signal to the Servo Drive and thus the
actuator will accelerate the shearing/puncing die to the material
speed.
2. Synchronous shearing/punching: when the shearing/punching
die speed is the same with the material speed and the current
position is the target point position, the AMS Controller would
start to output shear(cut)/punch signal. The shearing/punching
cylinder begins to go down and later goes up. During the
shearing/punching cylinder going down and going up process,t he
shearing/punching die speed would be kept the same with the
material speed. When the shearing/punching die has already gone up
to the safety position the AMS controller would output signal to
the Servo Drive to decelerate the Servo Motor and thus the speed of
the flying shearing/punching die begin to decelerate.
3. Going back: when the speed of
the flying shearing/punching die is decelerated to Zero, the flying
shearing/punching die begins to go back to the Reference point at
the setting speed. After returning to the reference point the
flying shearing/punching die will rest at the reference point and
wait the next shearing/punching target.
