Cone Crusher Working
Principle:
When Cone Crusher works, transmission shaft and cone begin
revolving consistently by the impact of eccentric shaft shell
moving, which is driven by the electric motor through belt pulley
and coupling. Therefore, cone's crushing wall closes
to the rolling white wall fixed to the adjusting shell from time to
time. The material in the crushing chamber (the space between
cone's crushing wall and the rolling wall) will be pressed, crooked
and crushed continuously until becoming expected particles.
When foreign body or superabundant material enter into the crushing
chamber, spring insurance system will work to make the discharge
opening become larger so as to move the unexpected object from
crushing chamber. And, if the foreign body was blocked in the
discharge opening, clearing system would work to make it become
much larger till the unexpected object got removed. Provided the
object has been removed, the opening will reset automatically under
the help of springs. So, the whole machine works
again.
