Fly-ash, Gypsum, Alumina etc.
The Road Mobile Units (brand KOVAKO) can
be easily moved from one place to an other.
Two of the units are even equipped with remote controlled
hydraulically operated *-piece suction-boom that enables easy
manoevring in the bulkload of the ships (or else).
The enclosed Diesel engines drive the Vacuum
Pump for suctioning the material, and some auxilliary equipment and
the Compressor.
The suction pick up of the powder material is mixed with air via a
nozzle and vacuumed to the unloader that leads via pipes and hoses
.
Before air goes into the vacuum pump it passes high efficiency
filters for air-cleaning.
The air out of the compressor is mixed with the material and
is blown to the conveying pipeline. No other equipment is needed
for this simple and reliable system.
The equipment is in "as is, where is" working condition
and in process of refurbishing . The have ***0, ***0 and ****0
Hrs worked , ( can be inspected in the Netherlands
and are value for money.)
