Application:
1. Hardening ferrous metals,hardness
up to HV********0 (HRC****2 ) to increase wear resistance,
corrosion resistance and prolong life-span **3
times.
2.Perfectly processing part of
bending, extrusion, die casting molds, etc.; high-speed steel
tools, fixtures, machinery parts and components..etc..;Also
repairing micro-mechanical components..etc.
Applications:
1.EDM electrodes are made of carbide.Increase the surface of ferrous metal up to HV********0 (HRC****2 °). Increase the
wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, extend
usage life **3 times.
Mainly for surface hardening, like cold
stamping, forging & pressing, bending, extrusion, stretching,
die-casting moulds.

tongs, mechanical parts; and also can be used in micro repairing to

mould, rubber mould.
