businesses around that area will eventually dye, most of them will
want to relocate to new downtown, (old downtown price for

everything will b need it in new downtown, from offices,and money
trades,to parking lots,hotels,restaurants,night clubs, strip clubs,

profitable in this lands, i plan to build a truck stop to start,and
a water park, but sky is the limit as this is the closest comercial
