Bosilun fiber features:
- Cation dyeing at normal temperature and pressure.
- Start dyeing at *0 C, dyeing rate exceeds *5% at temperature *0C
~ **0C. Colour fastness is higher than that of other types of
fibre.
- Dyeing process is shorter than that of acrylic fibers.
- Good elasticity, strong woollike feeing.
- The fiber shrinkage rate in boil water is controlled within a
range of ***0%.
- Can be applied for producing various types of profile fiber such
as hollow, trifoliate, flat fibre etc.
Advantages:
- It is more comfortable in comparison with other type of synthetic
fibre.
- When mixed with wool below *8%, bosilun fibre does not
agglomerate when burnt. This is different with acrylic fibre, which
agglomerates when mixed with wool over *8%).
- Most of the ash of burnt bosilun fibre is carbon ash, this is
similar to animal feathers and some natural fibers.
- After dyeing, many tiny holes appear in the surface bosilun
fibre, which has the similar effect with the squama shape of woolen
materials to absorb moisture and sweat.
- Bosilun fiber is a new type of environment protection fibre. Its
dyeing reaches the European Environment Protection Standard.
- It contains no harmful substances to skin and human.
- As a substitute, bosilun is cheaper than acrylic fibre.
