Description

Flux for centrifugal casting of composite roll is a kind of protective agent of metal oxidation. As an ideal protective material in foundry industry, it shows a certain temperature-viscosity curve, and has many good performances such as fast melting property, film forming property, sealing property and floating property. 


Glass protective lubricant is a kind of coating material used for hot metal working. The coating material will be melted into a tight film on the surface of the metal gradually with the rising of temperature. Such film can prevent the metal form being eroded by oxygen, hydrogen and other gases, therefore, it prevent the metal from oxidation, decarburization and hydrogen absorption. The glass protective lubricants can prevent the changes of the metal physical property caused above.


Glass-sealed plug is one of the products using sealing glass. It is made up of metallic shell and metallic pins bonded by a kind of special sealing glass melted at a high temperature. It has excellent performances of high temperature tolerance, high pressure tolerance, high electronic resistance and good sealing property.
