ZT.HJ**1（Medium Manganese-oxide welding flux）

In accordance with GB/T********9 F4A*-H*8A
Equivalent to AWS F6A*-EH*2 F7A*-EH*4
                     JIS Y6F**-W*1
 
DESCRIPTION:
       ZT.HJ**1 is a fused type medium manganese-oxide flux with vitreous granule of green color about****0 mesh in size. It is suitable for use with AC and DCEP power source, and it shows good welding usability , easy slag removal and smooth bead appearance.
 
APPLICATIONS:
 In combination with H*8A,H*8MnA, H*0Mn2(EH*4) wires, this flux is suitable for welding carbon steel 、low alloy steel and high tensile strength (such as A3、*0G、*6Mn、*6MnR、A*2、E*6, etc),for ships and pressure vessel.
 
GUIDELINES FOR USAGE:
1.Dry the flux at ******0℃ for 2 hours before use
2.Completely remove rust, oil and dirt from the groove surface prior to welding.
3.Arc voltage should be kept below *2V
