The reduction from whole tires to crumb rubber is accomplished through our full shredding line: Primary Shredder With rotating the blades, truck and car size tires are reduced to rough 3” shredded strips through the Primary Shredder. Rough shred is then recirculated until desired product size is reached.         DS Tire Rasp The DS Tire Rasp takes the chips and reduces them to *0mm**2mm. At this point *5%**7% of the steel has been  stripped and is removed with our magnet system.  This will be the end of the mulch producing line.  For crumb rubber steel free mulch will be sent via conveyor to the  Granulators for further processing.       Granulator DS Granulator reduces the rubber down to a ****0 mesh.
