â— With the design concept of Module Installation, the
machine is devided into several individual parts,easy for
repair
and upgrate.
â— The Frame of the machine use the circle seal
structure, strengthening the Frame endurance, and decreasing
the
resonation, better for the machine working in high rotation
speed.
â— The design of laying the flute roll under the
pressure roll has lowered the core of the machine , so that the
machine
work with higher stability, lower noise and easier for flute
roll changing.
â— The machine applied the out suction way as
the pressure type, so that the midium paper is pressed equality,
easier
for paper feed in and reducing the paper wastage. In this way
the seal of the machine is easy to manage and the power
comption is decreased.
â— The hydraulic controled casset ensure the speed of a
quick flute roll changing.
â— The glue roll assembly moves individually, easy for
clean and maintenance.
â— Light sensor is applied to check the paper cracking,
once the paper cracks, the glue roll will be away from the flute
roll and the pressure roll structure. Motor controled glue
seperating system is also applied in this structure.
