PAYMENT AND BANK-TO-BANK PROCEDURES
 
1.    PROFORMA Invoice (PCI).
2.  Buyer signs and returns PCI and issues BCL/RWA via interbank secure fax and, copy to Seller, to assist tracking.
3.  Seller issues COMMERCIAL INVOICE and physical POP (Dip Test Authorization, SGS Reports, Tank Receipts) for Buyer’s verification of quantity and quality.
4.  Within Twenty Four (*4) Hours of verification and confirmation, Buyer Bank provides MT **3 to Seller Bank against Transfer of Title and Full POP. MT **3 or TT wire transfer to be acceptable by the respective banks.
