1. In-put conveyor
section:
â– Put
the glasses, which need to be washed in this conveyor
machine.
â– Roller

2. Washing and drying
section:
â– The glasses
will be washed and dried in this machine (be able to washing on ∕
off line LOW-E glass)
â– The washing
machine is made bySUS**4 stainless steel and brass and the
door is made by transparent tempered glass. The operator can
monitor the operation of brushes, rubber rollers, water nozzle, and
wind knife outside the machine.
â– -There are have
three pairs wheeled roller brushes (be able to wash LOW-E glass and
imports high-temperature heat-resisting wire). Also it cooperates
with high pressure water sprayer to wash.
â– - Automatically
distinguish the membrane of the reflective glass and LOW-E
glass.
â– Two water
tank cleaners have two water heaters. They are can be used when the
temperature below 7 ℃. Water tank have two
water filters to achieve the circulating water’s clean degree. (The
heater’s temperature is usually *0℃)
â– The blower
have wind filters and wind heaters, achieving better wind cleanness
and drying effects. They are also be used when the temperature
below 7 ℃. (The heater’s temperature is
usually *0℃)
â– The drying
room uses roller wheel driving system, in order to make no
extrusion trace of the reflective glass or LOW-E glass’s surface,
preventing removing of coating phenomenon occurrence.
â– According
to different glass thickness, the angle of wind knife can automatic
adjust from *5°to *0°, achieving the drying effect.
â– Roller
brushes are droved by 6 electrical motors and the use of rubber
sealing strip can avoid the high-pressure water spill
out.
â– High
pressure is *0HP wind knife blower be able to drying the water in
glasses and don’t leave any trace.
â– Blower,
pump, and roller brush only working in transmission. Save
power.
3. Out-put and inspecting
conveyor
â– Put the
glasses in this inspecting conveyor after been washed and dried,
inspecting the glasses’ cleanness by lighting.
â– This
inspecting conveyor’s backboard is made by waterproof, abrasion
resistant’s polyurethane resin coating high-density
fiberboard.
â– Air float
glass transmission is there is no second touch when convey the
glasses after washed and dried, achieving the glasses high
cleanness.
â– The glasses
should be inspected whether have defect before assembly, insure the
good quality and keep the glass to be in the best waiting
condition.
4. Assembly
equipment
â– The glasses
will be assembled automatically after the inspection
section.
â– Radiation
detector can automatically fix the glasses’ size and let the second
glass block superimposed into the first glass block and then been
sent to assembly equipment.
â– All the
operations do not need to touch the inner of the glasses, avoiding
the glasses been polluted.
â– Stopping
rod (inside the equipment) makes the glasses edge alignment
accurately and assemble together.
â– The fix of
glass size, the precision positioning of aluminum frames’
location, and the glasses’ moving all controlled by the
electron sensors, avoiding two pieces of glasses assembly
dislocation.
5. Press
machine
â– Press
machine makes the two pieces of glasses and the aluminum frames
which have butyl into one, ensure the thickness’s
accuracy.
â– The press
machine inner board adopts America high density board, reaching the
overall flatness.
*Monitor display system
★ Automatic monitor display
system.
★It can display the output and monitor the all
operation’s duration.

6.Tilting
table
â– The glasses
from the conveyor will be sent to the sealing table. Extrusion
speed adopts CVT (Continuously Variable Transmission).
â– The tilting
table uses hydraulic pressure system, more safety and
credibility.
