Product features

l    High efficiency

Because of the high content of red phosphorus (≥*0 %), small quantity adding will achieve high flame reatardancy. For example, adding 6%*9% FRP***0 to PA, the flame retardancy will be V*0 at 0.8mm according to UL**4, as well as achieving **0V CTI value.

l    Exellent mechnical property

Due to the low dosage needed to achieve UL**4 V0 class (approx. 4.**7.2% by weight as pure red phosphorus), they show low impact on mechanical properties.

l    New type carrier

We use a new type compatilizer as the carrier for microencapsulated red phosphorus, this is our exclusive technology in China.

l    Extra fine powder

The average red phosphorus grain size is approxamaly *0 um.

l    Eclogical friendly

Non-hologennated, reach SGS and RoSH requirments.

l    Better flowability

l    Low moisture absorption

l    Easy handling

l    Very low migration and glooming

l    Can be used for printed circuit board.
