LX***2 Hydrogenization Corrosion Inhibitor is the exclusive use corrosion inhibitor that development and produce aimed at the characteristics of process sulphureous peracid primary petroleum hydrogenization and reforming device top corrode system. This corrosion inhibitor adopt strict production technology and ionic desorption technology, it can formed dense rotective film on the surface of metal. It can eliminate the bubble blowing of hydrogen attack and can prevent material hydrogen embrittlement phenomenon efficiently, avoid the hidden trouble of hydrogen corrode and hydrogen embrittlement phenomenon of hydrogenization and reforming device to ensure the production of the system of high pressure steady operation.
LX***2 according to solvent and organic constituent content different divided into two kinds of water-soluble and oil-solvent and select to use according to production demand. The corrosion inhibitor enter water phase immediately after inject system, restrain corrosion of dew point and its extend area efficiently, corrosion rate is lower then 0.*2mm/a (carbon steel). This product without metal ion and hazardous material to catalyzer, have no blight effect for oil quality and production installation.
