The line is mainly used for refrigerator cabinet vacuum
thermoforming. It consists of loading station, preheating station,
heating station, forming station, cutting station, uploading
station, etc.
The modes are available: chain type,
clamp type. The line has four working stations and five stations .
According to the foaming craft, the line can be available: suction
type and bubble type.
The line adopts intelligent
temperature controller, servo motor drive, low-temperature air
cooler and so on. High automaticity, easy operation, high
efficiency, etc.
