Description:
GPPS is an easy flowing crystal polystyrene designed for extrusion
or injection applications . In extrusion , it improves extruder output
and thermoforming cycle times when mixed with a super high impact
polystyrene such as HIPS***0. It is particularly suitable for
glossy-layer co-extrusion. It does combine excellent.
Properties:
GPPS is a thermoplastic resin, is a colorless, odorless, tasteless and
shiny, transparent beads or granular solid. The impact of intolerance,
easy to crack, processing prone to flash, poor heat resistance,
optical activity were poor day, flammable. Liquidity, forming resistance.

Applications:
• Extrusion: Impact dilution; Gloss layer in coextrusion; Anionic
styrene butadiene copolymer dilution.
• Injection: Packaging articles; Medical applications, such as Petri
dishes; Office equipment; Pen barrels; Crisper boxes for refrigerators.
• The natural status is bright, colorless and transparent. It can be
added in all kinds of coloring material to dye into all kinds of colors
or semitransparent items. Due to high rigidity, mechanical strength of
GPPS is excellent even at low temperature and has very good insulation.
It is odorless and nonabsorbed. The density gravity is about 1.*5,
which is easy to process, and the dimension stability is excellent.
The transparency in all plastics is worse than PMMA only.
