ITO is a nano indium-tin oxides with good conductivity and transparency. It is used for spraying on glass, plastic and LED screens which could not only enhance conductivity and transparency, but also cut off harmful electric radiation, ultraviolet and infrared lights. ITO film is widely used in mobile phone, LCD TV, energy-saving windows for building, switchable privacy glass, flexible solar cell, data communication device, laptop, digital product, automotive electronics product, medical devices and other industries.
Singyes Solar introduced overseas advanced Roll to Roll full-automatic ITO film coating equipment and developed a production line for touch-screen ITO film. The equipment has innovative functions, coupled with our sound processing and control systems, resulting in products with superior functions and stable quality. The ITO film is good in conductivity, transparent to visible light and highly reflective to infrared lights.

Procedure quality control :
1.Raw material control:
The company chooses the raw material providers carefully, the selection of raw material must be confirmed by technology department. The raw material must experience mall batch trial production, customer confirmed, then can be put into use.
Currently, the original PET film which our company adopted was provided by Japan KIMOTO and HIGASHIYAMA corporation.
Each roll of PEM original film must pass the performance test before production, and the whole roll of film receive appearance inspection.
2.Production environment and equipment control:
(1 ) Products produced in a clean environment, cleanliness of the environment up to a maximum of **0 grade.
(2 ) The film plating , film coating and film cutting device are the foreign advanced equipments, high production efficiency, perfect control, environmental protection. All of these effectively guaranteed the production performance superiority and quality stability.
(3) Operator inspects production equipment inspection regularly, and in the production process monitor the operating conditions of equipment to ensure production stable.
3.Film plating
(1) In the production, production process parameters are set correctly, and the operator is operating according to specifications.
(2) After the original PET film plating, we cut 1 meter long tail samples to test the physical property according to the shipment inspection criterion of the products: thermal stability, optical properties ,apparent quality.
(3) Alkali resistance, acid resistance test, ITO film attachment
(4) Lineation test, inspection of the product lineation life span.
4.Film coating
In the coating procedure, according to product shipment inspection standard of product conduct full quality inspection, and identify and record non-performing locations.
5.Film cutting
Taking 1 meter sample from head and end respectively after cutting. According to product shipment inspection standard, we inspected the product's physical properties, thermal stability, optical properties,surface quality, in order to provide&
