PAYMENT TERMS FOR YEARLY
CONTRACTS:
A BG 2 (two) shipments value
(or SBLC) to act as a collateral
security guarantee towards successful completion and lifting of the
contracted quantity, and will have a maturity date of *4
months.
Each shipment will be paid byIrrevocable Revolving Documentary Letter of
CreditorSwift Wire Transfer MT **3, immediately after
presenting shipment documents to the Buyer`s
bank.

We require copy
ofImport License from the
Ministry of Trade of the Country of
deliveringalong with signed SCO for each
deal..If import in Country of delivering is free, we need written
confirmation from the Ministry of Trade of said Country to confirm
that assertion.
At the
signing of the Final Contract the Buyer will issue a BG as Deposit
for the value of $*0,**0 (Fifty Thousand United States Dollars) as
guarantee towards the performance of the
contract.Such sum ($*0.**0) will be null and
void after first loading of
cement.
For SPOT deals, a Wire Transfer Deposit *0.**0 USD will not be required.
We require LOI on our sample, put on the Buyers Letterhead, fresh dated filled, signed and sealed.
