people’s become more concerned of the nutritional value in
Ginger, its demand both domestic use and
for export is increasing steadfastly.
To address this
concern, the Mina Agro Investment was set up, to enhance people’s
welfare by providing an avenue for them to earn from the land
available to them and also to provide employment
opportunities. With stores now set up,
Mina Agro Investment is serving as a demonstration and collection
centre for the ginger produce, through a cooperative
model.
With the availability of market, Ginger will supersede all other cash crops in grown in Uganda
