playground and sports facilities, places of public catering
kitchens of various peoples of the world, trade pavilions of
manufacturers to sell products of the Republic of Belarus, the
products of folk art and craft, reflecting the national identity of
the country pavilions, rental of summer and winter equipment,
etc.
The second phase will also cover the construction of water parks
(not on the territory of the region), roller tracks, hotels,
cultural and business of modern business center, cafe and
restaurant with top quality cuisine, a spa complex, fitness center,
a health and beauty centers.
The park will be one of the main attractions of the city and will
be the main place of cultural activities of citizens and visitors
to the northern capital of the republic. It can

factory, located near the city center on the land, which is the
most expensive cost of land in the city (according to the cultural
and business district) on the bank of the river Dvina.
