PURPOSE: DXDS***-G horizontal automatic packaging machine
adopting auger measurement is available for sachet packaging of not
runny powder material, such as flour, milk powder, soy milk powder,
amylum, medical powder species, pesticide powder species, coffee
powder, seasoning powder etc. The shape of the packaging product is
a flat bag with *-side-sealing or *-side-sealing.
The machines make use of various heat-sealable laminate film
packaging material, which is printed as single-bag full brand
pattern.
FEATURES: The machine is controlled by programmable controller (
PLC ), which can automatically perform all processes such as making
bag, measuring, filling, sealing, printing batch numbers, leaving
I-notch tearing easily, cutting and counting.

which can produce flat and beautiful bags.
2. The machine adopts Human Machine Interface (HMI) to set function
parameter and operate. While fault stopping it can show cause to be
easy to eliminate.

and reliable can get rid of interfere of non-color mark pattern or
packaging material printed badly.

measurement standard, accurate and reliable. It is brief and
convenient that setting digital to adjust packaging capability on
the HMI.
6. Stopping area is set on the HMI. While stopping at any state,
the heat-sealer is always on the open position, which can avoid
burning the packaging material.
7. After setting packaging output beforehand, the machine will stop
automatically while completing.
8. It is assembled with material feeding machine ( material lifting
machine or material storage strobe ), which is also controlled by
HMI.
9. All the packaging material that's stainless steel or innocuity
plastic is accorded with the sanitation standard of the grocery and
medicine industry.
