Belt conveyor consists of frame,conveying belt,roller,tension

conveying powdery,granular and small lump materials or bagged

Maintenance of belt conveyor
Check all the fasteners and make sure that no one is loosened.
Clean the belt and make sure it is not broken.Any broken belt
should be changed immediately.
Check the lubrication oil in motor reducer and make sure it is
under normal condition.
Check the tightening conditon of the belt conveyor and make it
reasonable.
