Warranty:
We offer a ONE YEAR warranty against malfunction. Malfunction is defined as the Main Unit stops working under normal usage. If there is any evidence of tampering or that the unit was dropped or mishandled in any way, we reserve the right to send the unit back to you and the warranty is void.
And under the one year correct operation:
1. if there is a small problem with the machine, our engineer will give you technology support as much as we can. Also, if necessary, we will send you FREE parts together with your second order.
2. if there is a serious problem which cannot be repaired easily, after we confirm it, we will send you a new machine together with your next order.
