Properties:
Light-yellow powder. Non-toxic and inodorous. Soluble in chloroform, benzene, acetone, carbon disulfide, a little soluble in gasoline and carbon tetrachloride. Insoluble in water and dilute alkali.
Applications:
It is used as the rubber accelerator of Natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber. Acryloxitrile-butadiene rubber, etc. It is also used in latex.
