high-speed mixer (PVC mixing machine) in China.
PVC mixing machine is designed for mixing PVC and
additives before extrusion. It consists of a heating mixer and a
cooling mixer.
The German like to call it as heating / cooling mixer
combination.
Its application:
1. mixing PVC and additives before extrusion
2. mixing WPC materials before extrusion

We can make the biggest PVC mixing machine in China,
heating mixer up to ***0 Liters, cooling mixer up to ***0 Liters.
And also, we can change detailed design according to customer’s
specific requirements.
Our PVC mixing machine is different from other China
factory’s mixer, ours is Europe type. We adopt latest technology
from Germany and Italy, dedicate to manufacture high-quality mixing
machine. I give the brief features of our mixer.
Heating
mixer:
1. Lid made of stainless steel SS**4, 5 openings with DIN
flanges
2. Vessel made of stainless steel SS**4. Heating insulation,
with highly polished.
3. Mixing tool: 3 or 4 layers casting SS**4, coated with wear
resistant coating. Worn blade can be replaced individually.
4. Deflector installed on the wall and can be locked after
manual adjusting.
5. Shaft bearing & sealing: labyrinth with purging air
sealing and oil sealing to ensure the material can not leak out.
Bushing surface with hardening treatment, and no wear and
tear.
6. Discharge piston (valve), large size discharge piston, the
speed of discharge material is quick. Driven by pneumatic cylinder.
Hinges type design for easy access and cleaning.
7. Temperature control: thermo-resistant PT**0 with analog
signal (***0mA) transmitter for remote temperature indication and
central control of mixing system. The probe with anti-wear coating,
the service life is long. PTFE sleeve for heat insulation installed
on the wall of container of PVC mixing machine.
8. Driving motor: driven by frequency inverter, the speed of
shaft can be adjustable.
Shaft bearing: two independent self-centering bearing
supported by the upper and lower sides of V-belt wheel to eliminate
the bending phenomenon of shaft during belt tension.
Cooling
mixer:
1. Material contact with products is SS**4
2. Horizontal design with jacket for cooling. The whole
internal surface(housing + lid + side wall) is cooled by cycled
water.
3. Lid is designed in jacket structure, inside is cooled by
water.
Driving: driven by gear reducer, large output torque, lower
noise, smooth running.
