Description
1.The thickness of our door stile and jamb is *0mm or *0mm with the
width at **0mm or **0mm on the stile. Or upon request we can custom
made the door stile and jamb. Our doors are manufactured in *2 and
*3 gauge steel framing. Our metal jambs are manufactured including
the threshold. With this we will make easy the delivery and the
installation.
2. All the doors will be injected the polyurethane foam for
insulation that is pumped into the tube. With this you will avoid
excessive sounds and increase energy efficiency.
3. The Q-Lon weather stripping is used around the door frame, glass
window frame and Astragal, making the door weather tight.
4. The doors will be double bored with *4mm (2.**5 inches) bore,
**0mm (5.5 inches) center to center, and *0mm (2.*5 inches)
backset. Door jambs and semi -stationary door edges need to be
bored to accommodate the keeper in for the lockset and deadbolt. In
our double doors we use flush bolts. This is a mechanism that locks
the inactive door.
5. All doors are manufactured with 5/8 inches interior double-pane
tempered insulated glass panels that open independently from the
doors. . With this we make it easy to clean the windows.
6. All mounting flanges will be recessed *3mm (0.5 inch) from the
edge of the inside frame to allow for sheetrock.
7. We manufacture single or double doors, with sidelights or
without them and with any arch shapes: full arch, flat arch, soft
arch, square top, gates, patio doors or cellar entries, rails
,stairs, and grills.
8. Our doors will be installed 3 heavy duty ball bearing hinges per
side.
9. All the doors will be sandblasting + spray hot zinc for
rustproof, then spray 2 layer of paint and each level of the paint
will be baked for 2 hours , and then hand paint finish color. Our
doors can be keep it"s original color for 7 years(our paint was
exported from Japan.).
