Leveling coil line is used to fabricate flat sheet from different size coils by the process of decoiling, leveling and cut-to-length. Bespoke plastic-covering device is available as if there is requirement. Leveling coil line consists of decoiler, leveler, transfer table, feeding guide, length measurer, plastic-covering device, shear and sheet rack. Control system features high accurate length measurement coupled with shear time automatic count. The coil line can be either automatic or manual length setting which is offering great productivity and accuracy. It is widely used in car industry, container fabricating, electrical household appliances fabricating, building material fabricating etc.
