HVAC Coil line FW1 was designed for factories which already have ducting machines but automated production is still a requirement. Coil line FW1 consists of coil holders, leveler, beader and hydraulic shear. It makes preparing sheets for duct fabrication to be an easy task. As the beading depth can be reduced to 0, coil line FW1 can be used as a leveling machine to produce flat sheet. It can also be used before plasma cutting. Coil line FW1 is fully automatic controlled by PLC. There is one limited switch under coil holders which can stop material feeding when the coil is feeding too much.
