RGSDE is manufactured with
Rolling Glass Ceramics which is our own product and supporter of
stainless steel, It is processed from one piece of Rolling Glass
Ceramics sheet resulting the product as awhole integrity without any
connection.It is not like the dewatering
elements covered with many small pieces of ceramic.Because of
theuniform
quality bodyof
rolling glass ceramics,the surface of the product will be more
smooth with more working time,which is not like the ceramics that
will create a sharp ceramics blade which will destroy the mesh
after its surface wear out and degrade the quality of the paper
product.
Rolling Glass Ceramics is a new
material.It is a completely different material compared
with ceramics.
Compared with hydrofoil box cover
of UPE which is easy deforming,rolling glass ceramics got the
advantage of the property of hard and difficult to
deform.
