I - Classifications of Our Bananas for Export:
1. Class A
a. 4,5,6 Big Hands - Minimum of 7.5 Max of *2 inches in length
b. 7,8,9 Small Hands - Minimum of 6.5 Max of 7.5 inches in length
2. Cluster Pack Class A
a. 4,5,6 Big Hands - Minimum of 7.5 Max of *2 inches in length
3. Finger Pack A
a. 4,5,6 Big Hands - Minimum of 7.5 Max of *2 inches in length
II – Calibration:
1. Big Hands – *9mm to *7mm
2. Small Hands – *6mm to *9m
3. Cluster Pack –*9mm to *7mm
4. Finger Pack – Minimum *9mm to maximum *7mm
What we can guarantee you for our bananas will be the following:
For Class A – only slight skin defects due to rubbing and other superficial defects not exceeding 2 cm2 of the total surface area, and the defects must not, in any case, affect the skin of banana, and the banana must be green and unripe.
We strictly follow the international standard 4% SGRT and for the past months we maintain only 2% on all our shipments.
