Description
1)The structure of Pin flexible coupling is simple, easy to
make and need no lubrication and vulcanized bonding with metal.
2)Easy to dismount, it only needs to dismount the bolts if needs to
separate the two bodies. Replacing elastic sleeve is also easy, no
movement of the half couplings, have certain compensation of the
relative migration between two axes, have certain performance of
reducing the vibration cushion.
3)The elastic sleeve work is compressive deformation, due to the
thickness of the elastic sleeve is thinner, and the volume is
small, the elastic deformation is limited, so, the FCL flexible
coupling although can compensate axis displacement and elasticity,
the compensation quantity is less and the elasticity is weak.
4)FCL flexible coupling depends on the clamping force of dowel pin
unit and then produce surface friction torque, and compress the
rubber elastic sleeve to transfer torque.
5)Suitable for the small and medium-sized power transmission shafts
which have good rigidity mounting bases, high precision, light
impact load, and not much high demand for vibration reduction.
