Usage and feature:
ZSJ vibrating screen are widely used in metallurgy industry to
achieve classification of cold sinter ore whose temperature is
under **0 centigrade. According to the working place, the motors
can be installed in the left side or right side. According to the
different installation place of the motors and exciters, cold mine
vibrating screen have two types: one is upper vibrating, two is
bottom vibrating. We can design and manufacture various kinds of
ZSJ vibrating screens as customers request.
Working principle and structure feature:
The ZSJ series articulatory cold mine vibrating screen consists of
several sieves. Vibrating in the different sections. According to
the different materials, you can properly adjust the exciters
direction angle of every sieve and sieve surface to achieve the
best effective sieving. This screen use two motors to make the
exciters rotate reversely, which makes the screen body move along
straight line.
Usage and maintenance:
a.Should prevent to start with materials on the machine and clean
sundries around vibrating machine before starting.
b.Should stop running to check if operate unbalanced or un-normal
sound during working. check the fastness of all bolts of connecting
parts, tighten immediately if bolts become flexible.
d.User should maintain and serve the vibrating motor according to
the vibrating motor manual(The grease of the vibrating motor is
added generally once every three months. The exciting machine
should add grease once a month, a small repair for 6 months, and a
major repair for one year)
e.Should clean spring regularly.
