The Parallel Twin Screw Extruderadopts corresponding special screw design and different machine configuration, according to users' different requirements. This production line is widely used for regeneration and coloring pelletizing of PS, ABS, PC, POM, PA, PP, PE, PVC, EVA, PET, APET, PETG, LCP and other various plastic material. This kind of extruder, the screw is like toy brick. One screw consists of many pieces of screw plate. You can produce many different material by changing the structure of the screw plates. Powerful torque and hard gear surface gearbox ensure reliable operation and low noise. The screw and barrel's surface is specially processed for hardness with the feature of high plasticization and fine design. It can discharge waste moisture and waste gas effectively, therefore the product quality is more stable, saturant and with high performance.
The screw and barrel of this extruder are composed of multi sections. The raw materials can gain the best compounding effect after undertaking high speed, high torque compounding in the barrel. The feeding system can input the glass fiber, additives and soon materials. This palletizing extruder is most suitable for the production of engineering plastics, plastic fiber, high density master batch, colored plastic, and so on...
