Description

This machine is used for cutting Toilet paper and kitchen paper roll. With the features of high speed and great efficiency

MainFeatures:

1. After the paper rolls are sent to the cutting unit by the pushers,they will be clipped by the clamp, then the cutting will be done there.

2. Because equipped with advanced photoelectric checking system and large diameterblade,the machine can set the length of paper trimming, the cutting section is smooth and neat, and the length is precise.

3. The cutting unit is optimized designed with the feature of automatic grinding system. The grinding wheel can sharpen the blades accurately according to the cutting times.

4. The machine adopts the most advanced servo driving system,, frequency speed control for the blade whirl,. The time and frequency of blade sharpening and also the cutting speed and length can be set on the touch screen and controlled by the PLC programming, so that the function of pushing, cutting and blade sharpening is more fluent and continuous.

5. Pneumatic braking unit can prolong the machinery life and make the braking more precise.

6. The dust collectot can absorb the dust that caused during sharpening and transmi it out of the machine, which can make the blade-sharpening more perfect,and reducing rejects.
