Description
A
tubing machine (pipe making machine) is used to make seam pipes of
sheets through such procedure as uncoiling, straightening, cutting,
forming, welding, weld grinding, polishing, etc. So tubing
machine，in fact, is a production line covering several
units It is classified as industrial tubing machine and ordinary
tubing machine. Applicable pipe materials include ferrous alloy,
stainless steel and copper, etc.
The
tubing machines are ripe in technique, hence widely used at home
and abroad. The tubing machines have been exported to more than *0
countries and regions. Of recent years the annual output is over

The
tubing machine is classified as industrial type one and ordinary
type one. They have common features as below:
Main
shaft: It is made from material *0Cr, machined by CNC machine tool,
heat treated by hardening & tempering + high frequency
quenching (secondary heat treatment).
Horizontal Rollers: They are
precisely-machined + twice heat-treated.
Roller Stand: It is made from best
quality casting iron with reinforced structure + precisely-machined
with precision machining center.
TIG Welder: Argon arc welding
machine. American make, “Lincoln” brand, or domestic product of
quality.
Electrical &Control: Operating
panel is formed of man-machine interface touching screen with
LCD
Control system: PLC, Mitsubishi, Japan
Main electrical element: Siemens, Germany
Seam grinding Unit: 3kw
motor, auto-moving up/down, stainless steel case, shaft
surface is chrome-plated.
Hydraulic Saw: Double-column type
with CNC auto-measuring length & tracing on line devices, 3.5M
long rail, as well as a circulating cooling water
device.
