Press-locked Steel Grating
Production Line Equipment consists of one set of flat steel
punch-cutting machine and one set of forming-welding machine for
press-locked steel grating.
A. Flat Steel Punch-Cutting
Machine
1. Purpose
The Flat Steel Punch-Cutting Set is used for
punching and cutting of flat steel In accordance with design
requirement of products.
2. Features and Technical
Parameters
a) Touching screen console is used,
by which parameters can be pre-set and troubles can be
displayed.
b) Numeral control servo system is
used to control stepping of work piece。This
leads to high precision of work piece after it is
machined.
c) Procedures of punch and cutting
are automatically performed.
d) Operation is simple and
production efficiency is high.
3. Main Technical

a) Coiled
strip steel, as raw stocks, is utilized to make flat steels.

*-column hydraulic press is used in main machine. Pressure is

Power supply for welding
3 sets of medium frequency controllers are used
for single cross bar; 4 sets of medium frequency controllers are
used for double cross bars, Each set of controller respectively
control 2 sets of medium frequency transformers and then medium
rectifiers are utilized to change into D.C. power. 6 groups of
power supply are linked in parallel. Welding voltage ranges from 0
to *2V, being stepless –variable. Secondary output current
******0KA, Power frequency **0Hz.
1.6 Welding Speed
One
piece or two are automatically welded at a time. Cross bar
centersï¹¥*5mm.One welding cycle takes 5.5 seconds. Welding
time only takes **0ms.

Main Features
a)
Medium frequency reverse power supply is used, The machine is
automatically controlled through man-computer interface, possessing
these advantages such as short welding time, fast welding speed,
firm welding joints and energy conservation etc. Energy consumption
of the machine is lower ****0% thanLoads of three phases are kept
in balance, resulting in high power factor and ****5% power
saving.
b)Multi-pulse temper treatment
to welding points in welding course. Owing to application of the
welding process, the problems of unstable welding quality and
brittleness of welding joints for harden able steel can be
solved.
