is *0% wool and *0% cotton with canvas backing and pocket at top
for a dowel. (Dowel not included.) Hand embroidered, traditional
chain stitching of India.
Individually produced rugs, hand made by craftsmen on a Fair Trade
basis in Kashmir. Designs are inspired by internationally renowed
artists, as well as many other contemporary and nature inspired
designs.
Contemporary designs using traditional "cartoon" method: wollen
threads are dyed to the designer's specification using natural
dyes. These threads are stitched by hand onto the cotton
fabric.
