Charcoal Making
Machine Production Process:
1.
Crushing the raw materials into size no bigger than 5mm. (wood,
wood branch, coconut shell, peanut shell, rice husk, sunflower
husk, cornstalk or straw stalk etc).
2. Dry
the crushed materials to ***2%.
3.
Pressing to raw material into briquette.
4. Make
briquette carbonized in the carbonization furnace.then, the end
product is charcoal.
If you
want to make different beautiful shapes, also you can use
the
Ball
press machine or Tablet press machine.
The
shape of charcoal can be round, square, hexagonal.
T**0 Sawdust briquette machine can make sawdust, wood, rice husk,
coconut shell & other woody material into briquette, which can
be used in boiler, heating & warming. Or feed
animals. After carbonization, the briquette will become
charcoal.
