Solutions Co., Ltd. is a Sino-USA joint venture. HLY Green
mainly focuses on the development, production, and sales of
sustainable mechanical straw pulp and environment-friendly
packaging products. Our patented chemical-free clean pulping
process uses the natural agricultural by-product, straw, as a raw
material.We produce clean, non-polluting straw pulp that is
biodegradable and recyclable; we are the only company in China to
achieve industrial production of clean mechanical straw
pulp. Our clean straw mechanical pulp technology
has three advantages over the existing straw chemical pulp
production process. First, it is significantly more environmentally
friendly. Existing chemical pulp technologies consume large amounts
of chemicals and water, and the treatment cost for toxic effluents
in the water is very high. Historically, water treatment in China
has not been strictly enforced, and pollution was discharged
directly into the environment; the pulp and paper industry is now
the largest source of pollution in China. In contrast to other
pulping methods, clean straw mechanical pulp production consumes
only small amounts of water, and does not use any chemicals. Our
clean straw pulp also has a significant cost advantage. Our clean
pulp is manufactured without chemicals, so the cost of production
is minimized allowing for a significant cost advantage over straw
chemical pulp manufacturing. Finally, our clean pulp has a huge
market advantage that consumers can recognize. Clean straw
mechanical pulping is a sustainable and a truly eco-friendly
solution that gives back to the community. We are working to
transform the pulp and packaging industry and to lead the industry
closer to a green future.
With these advantages, clean straw mechanical pulp is the core
technology of HLYGreen. The applications for clean straw pulp
include production of packaging paper, disposable tableware,
industrial internal packaging, and other packaging products. With
our continued R&D, these applications will increase; some
products we are currently working on include medium density
fiberboard, straw bricks, and honeycomb board and among other
products. Over the next few years, the green industry will continue
to grow, and HLYGreen will continue to raise the standards of
environmentally friendly products within the packaging industry
