Cooking way:
1. Clean and cut about 1kg chicken into 2cm lumps, it is ready to use.
2. Put **0g prepared vegetable oil and heat it to be boiled, then put the prepared chicken into the oil and fry it for several minutes.
3. Add a bag of the seasoning into the pot and mixed it well. Pour about 0.7kg water or bone soup(better just cover the chicken lumps) into the pot heat it until it done.
4. Add some coriander and shallot, and you can serve it.
